Stacy’s long time love of yoga inspired her to complete yoga teacher training at Evolve Movement after years of practicing hot power vinyasa. She discovered Prana Flow and loved the creative and intellectual nature of this form to be liberating. Currently working on 500 certification with Shiva Rea, with interest on the subtle body (chakras) and teaching how to balance in the flow. She aspires to share her love for yoga with everyone she can and believes that yoga helps maintain the natural state of the body. Stacy believes that consistently practicing the flow of Yoga increases resilience throughout all aspects of our hectic lives.
