The Hot Vinyasa is a powerful, physically challenging class that connects postures through vinyasa. This class connects the breath with movement and is not a set sequence of postures so it will vary from class to class. This class is also led in our hot studio, The Sun Room. This heated practice allows students to move deep into the postures and detoxify the body. The class begins with sun salutations, then integrates standing, balancing postures and ends with a floor series. Advanced variations are taught along with modifications. All levels are welcome, some prior experience is helpful.
